Wexford

Wexford has the big paid attractions and the free coastline in the one county, which is rarer than it sounds. Hook Lighthouse has been working since the thirteenth century and is the oldest of its kind anywhere. Under it are dune beaches, a Cistercian abbey on an inlet and a full size famine ship.
